The natural and obvious goal of anyone involved in a competitive environment, whether on the personal, team or organizational level, is WINNING!
The platform for winning, in the sense of producing repeated success, depends first and foremost on the winner’s ultimate ability to maximizing one’s winning potential even under pressure and in competitive situations (winnig skills) while constantly improving – both on the personal or the organizational levels.(training programs for success).
This means that, unlike the Talent Identification approach, it is the task of identifying and creating winners that should be given top priority.
How ever, since the human eye is naturally attracted to outstanding stuff such as winning skills like body language, exceptional performance, impressive skill level etc’, traditional scouting has always been influenced and hence relied on these type of “external aspect” rather than on less obvious qualities like winning intelligence.
