Our mission in identifying and creating winners in the world of competitive setting is to assist you in turning your “players” into first class competitors and winners by maximizing their potential.
This is why all of Winnings' training programs selection is focused on and aimed at enhancing your people winning capacity (maximizing your potential) - by:

This would focus on all leading staff - managers, professional experts/advisors and would focus on developing their understanding of the Winning Theory/Model and developing their skills to lead the development of the following skills:
* Identifying potential key "players" upon the WINNER criteria - Scouting & selection of winners based on the Warrior (winner)-Thinker-Skills criteria.
* Implementing best practice around debriefing.(eaching winning)
* Optionally - implementing the Winning Game within their area of responsibility and analyzing people when playing the game against the Winning Model. (training to win)
Training rational and Structure:
* For instilling the spirit and culture of winning among the organization members - developing a consistent language throughout the entire organization - everyone learning and using Winning's vocabulary and terminology of the winning model.(teaching winning)
* Everyone clearly understands T-CUP and their equivalent WINNING BEHAVIORS on both levels i.e. (i) the generic level (ii) The actual day-to-day level. We first teach T-CUP followed by the entire WINNING INTELLIGENCE MODEL at the generic level and then, together with the local content experts, we translate both into the very unique context of day-to-day activity to create a method and the tools to ensure facing and dealing with the organization goals and targets THE WINNERS’ WAY.
* "One-on-One" the winners' way of managing their one-on-one encounters.
* Debriefing - the whole system will develop their skills and techniques of the winner's most powerful tool: DEBRIEFING.
Mastering and exercising the winners' way of debriefing will ensure constant improvement in the overall performance and level of functioning on part of everyone on board.
